Yes. Changing schedules (especially schedules that include how your body functions) can be difficult to do, can be stressful but if it's a change for the better, it can be a very good change

Just do a lot of stuff throughout the day - that's how I get to sleep when I want. I run cross country, work out in a weight room, walk to school and back in 110 F, do a crapload for my teachers and sometimes stay at school until 4:30 just helping them. I'm in several clubs too. I'm very active in my school and I'm over all busy so I'm completely pooped at the end of the day and get to sleep early because of that. Maybe you can try that to make it a lot easier
