Honestly, as queer as it sound, if you do aerobics you willl lose weight VERY quickly. I mean, I know guys don't exactly like the sound of doing aerobics but they really do get the pounds off you. Not to mention its wonderful for your cardiovascular health! Also, you need to eat more healthy meals. Its harder to shed the pounds if you don't eat (and eat healthy). By eating you'll get more metabolism.
