you want to eat more meals a day (i would advise 4) but make them small and healthy. You want to go for a 15-20 minute jogg everyday at a brisk pace. And you want to do 50pushups and 50 sitsups everynight infront of your favourite television program. Then my friend the pounds will drop off. Trust me!
