Right, i cant Put up a Picture yet, because im not up to 10 posts, But im doing pretty good
I Do 500 crunches a day, 250 morning then night,
and 250 Pushups a day
eat 3 times a day, if you dont eat enough your backup fat comes into play and you basically get bigger
Well ill put up a photo for you soon,
It's pretty neat for just 1 month
And yeah, im 4'10''
And im 6 stone
