You want to know what's going on? You're in puberty. It's that simple. Everything you listed is completely normal and expected of what to happen in puberty. You will get random erections because of hormones but that will calm down a bit as you get older. That clear liquid is called pre-cum and it comes out of your penis when you're aroused and it's basically lubricating fluid; it's completely normal. It's not ejaculation. Ejaculation is when a clearish-white liquid called semen shoots out of the penis after/during orgasm.
