Nah, cracking doesn't last for all that long. See, your larynx (voice box) grows just like everything else in your body. When your voice cracks, your larynx gets a growth spurt. The reason that your voice is cracking is because your brain isn't used to controlling the bigger voice box.
There might be slight cracking after your brain has gotten used to the effects of the growth spurt, since the larynx is still growing (though it's unlikely that it'll get another growth spurt). It won't be as hard to control your voice, so they'll be less cracking when you're farther into puberty. =]
