Try doing something pleasant before going to bed, or leave on calming music while you sleep. If that and talking to your therapist doesn't work, there's a medication called Menipres (spelling?) that is usually helpful. It's for high blood pressure, but also for nightmares.
Words of wisdom though- Go to sleep RIGHT after taking it. I found myself having visual hallucinations if I didnt, but strangely, only when I turned the lights down
