Re: Why can't we just...
Someone thinks that they deserve something more than someone else, or that they have a right to it. So they try to take it. Of course, the one they are taking from is not likely to be sympathetic. Conflict ensues.
As for the issue of power, author Douglas Adams said it best.
"The major problem--one of the major problems, for there are several--one of the major problems with governing people is that of whom you get to do it; or rather of who manages to get people to let them do it to them.
To summarize: it is a well-known fact that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it. To summarize the summary: anyone who is capable of getting themselves made president should, on no account, be allowed to do the job. To summarize the summary of the summary: people are a problem.
Who can possibly rule if no one who wants to do it is allowed to?"
A very long quote!!
Hello. Don't be afraid to tell me what you think, because I don't care.
Potassium Nitrate-Burns real good, smoke bomb
Barium peroxide-Burns good, burns green
Lithium nitrate-Burns red
You are reading the words of a future pyrotechnician. Pyro to the people!
