I don't know what could be causing such nightmares or how to solve the underlying problems.
But Alex raises a good point about reading a pleasant book before going to sleep. Maybe also thinking of nice things or people you love while you drift off might help.
I advise you book an appointment with your doctor to see if they can help you in any way with these nightmares.
