YESS! Zach said it all with ASTONISHING TRUTH!
But do you want to gain mass or get stronger from lifting weights?

I read that if you want to build mass then you would want to lift heavier weights but if you want to get stringer you lift lighter ones for longer periods and more often. Is that right guys?
