grits = good amount of carbs thats what i have been eating on high carb days
protein = i usually just get a large portion of my protein from supplements which i would really suggest doing considering you'll have to eat 6-7 Large eggs to get the protein in what i get in 1 scoop of what I'm using (50g)
not going to really tell you much else because you follow a very diferent routine than someone who is lifting and trying to gain a serious amount of weight, and well.... I'm not a dietitian
