Right and left
for me everything has to be visually balanced. Nothing can be "more right" than left. If there is more on the right or left than on the left or right I start to feel really uncomfortable and want to fix it. As you can imagine nothing is ever really balanced so my life can be pretty uncomfortable at times. I was wondering if this is OCD and if there are any ways to help it.
Oh yeah and if for example someone was cleaning a table if the cloth doesn't touch all of the table I freak out. Also I have to repeat sentences in my head a lot of times if I didn't feel comfortable with them. Like if someone says something to me and I thought it "felt weird" I repeat it lots
