Just a question
Hey everyone, this isn't entirely a puberty related question, more of a growth and development question.
I like to keep fit by doing curl ups, but recentley I've discovered one side of my abodomen is bigger than the other so I stopped. I asked people and they just said I was performing the curl ups incorrectly, as in working one side more than the other without knowing it. However I am now too afraid to continue the curl ups in case my abdomen becomes more uneven. Is there something I can do to fix this? Or can you tell me where I've gone wrong? Please help, I'm desperate!
