Oh man! I definitely feel your pain! At one point, I weighed myself like a couple times a day, everyday. I was CONSUMED by my weight. I just started to look at myself in the mirror more and I became happy with my body. Try doing that when you get out of the shower. Pick out all the parts that you like about yourself and you'll eventually come around to liking your whole body! It worked for me and now I have as much self-confidence as ever! And btw, your probably not as fat as you think you are!

This is a good idea!! Also, drink A LOT of water!! This will peel off a couple pounds. Not only that, but it will improve you skin too!
