In fact, you're on a diet right now! It's what you eat every day - that's what a diet is. And you should change your entire lifestyle (how much you sleep, exercise, diet etc) in order to lose weight and keep it off, while also feeling better and like a new person
Also, don't skip meals. If you skip any meal, do dinner because it doesn't prep you for the day or boost you for the entire day like lunch and breakfast does. Tho skipping meals won't help because your body keeps the last thing you eat because it knows it's in danger of starving.
