No one can tell you when you'll grow or when you'll mature. You just have to wait and see. If you're really worried about it, talk to your GP. Or talk to your parents, who ever you're most comfortable talking to.
Puberty is different for different people. Not all stages will come in the same order. Like me for example, I've gone through most of the changes that puberty brings, but have only just started to grow under-arm hair.
It's not really something to worry about, most teens seem to be anxious about puberty, but it's not anything to get worked up about.
