That won't work for anyone outside your local network. You have to set up port forwarding on your router. You can also easily set your IP to be static Either in Windows (I'm assuming it's Windows) or on your Router. Then, you don't have to worry about the Lan address changing.

If you don't know how to set up port forwarding, give us your Router Make/Model, and we might be able to help.

http://portforward.com/routers.htm is a good site for showing you how to set up port forwarding for specific routers.

You'd have to forward port 27015 from your LAN IP (192.168.1.102 or whatever it sends up being) to the router, which likely is 192.168.1.1

I had a CSS server set up on my server for a while now. But, I turned my server off after about a month of uptime yesterday to work on it, and move it to a new case. It's running CSS with the Deathmatch mod though.
