I've never been in any sport, so I'm pretty weak. Altho I took a weight training class and I'm going to use the weight room at the YMCA. I'm also playing basketball with a friend, and I plan to get some running in, whether it's on a treadmill or on the track. I'm planning to exercise daily!
I'm also going to start doing some crunches.
I'm getting there, but I'm still as thin as a toothpick O_o
