What kinds of things do you do to stay in shape? Do you consider yourself "in shape" right now?
For me, I play tennis, run, and do some karate. I also do some punches on a punching bag if I feel like it. Also, I like to do some push ups and sit ups when I'm bored.
I mostly do it because I always feel like I need more muscles.
