Testosterone and other hormones are produced during puberty that allows development of muscle to be easier. So testosterone helps build muscle, and you start really getting it regularly produced in your body more during puberty.
That might be so, but the only way you can develop your muscles is if you actually work out. If you don't exercise, then your body won't improve that much. Which is why you gotta exercise!!!
