There's two main factors: having a flexible spine and stomach, and a long cock. It's kinda hard to do and not very many people can do it. I say you should give it up and not go hurt yourself, because there have been really bad cases of people braking their backs just to suck themselfs off!
But if you really want to learn how to do it, more get the flexibility from yoga.
