Default Re: Ultrasound required before abortion

0_o Medical staff may feel it neccessary to perform a sonogram to analyze the pregnancy and to determine if abortion is legally optional. The question should be: "Should women be required to look at the developing fetus on an ultrasound screen should medical personel deem it neccessary to perform the procedure?" The answer is "Hell no!" There is no other identifiable reason for forcing a woman to look at the screen other than to convince her to halt plans for abortion, and that is wrong... in fact I am a bit dumbfounded that there would ever be an abortion performed without an ultrasound to determine the status and age of the gestational being. I will edit upon further research as the bell just rang for my next class.

The term "utopia" is combined from two Greek words — "no" (ou) and "place/land" (topos), thus meaning "nowhere" or more literally, "no-place/no-land."
