Hmmm, it almost seems mean to make them have an ultrasound, because they realize the baby truly is a living thing, and although their decision to kill the baby may be seen as obscene or disturbing to some people, the girl/women's decision should be her own, and ultrasounds should not be given unless the woman wants to have one. I'm not really for or against abortion, so I think women have the right to choose, maybe if they're having second thoughts they may choose to have an ultrasound, but if they know without a doubt they want to have an abortion, they should not be forced to witness the "living thing" inside of them, it will make emotional damage even worse if they decide to go through with an abortion. And the emotional damage may cause more agony than the pain of labor itself.
