hi there!

for right now...i would suggest that you write all of your thoughts down on paper...for your eyes only...write...draw...scribble...ect...til you feel your sadness pour out of your mind...i have done this so many times..especially when i feel like cutting again...but it works...

you are not your friend, and i hope that you do not carve thoughts into you legs, arms, etc...

do you and your girlfriend go out and have fun? it sounds like you two need more social helps to get your mind off of things...expecially cutting.
