The weight that you are doing is decent.
but ur weightlifting wont help that much just working with dumbbells. If you really want to get strong, get a bench a bar and some bar weights. You can Bench(a really good exercise). You can do squats. Two arm curls. Theres others too.
After working out, eat plenty of protein. Protein shakes(powders) are really good.
