Lately I've been feeling very depressed because all the other guys at my school are stronger. However, they are footballs players. I lift every other day at home, and I use 30lbs (13.6kg) dumbells to work out my biceps, forearm, triceps and for a military press. I use 25lbs dumbells (11.3kg) to work out my deltoids. All of my sets range from at least 16 reps to 20 reps at most, and I do 4 sets for each. Is this any good?
My toes are cold.
