Hi. I am basically a complete noob about body building or excersise and just hope to lose my excess fat and get a nice bod. I want to acheive my goal by March or before pool season.

My Main Goal: Is to lose all my excess fat and gain abs and pecs. I do not want to pursue huge muscles, i just want a skinny body, and then defined
Note: I can not get any drugs or supplements or whatever you call them. I just want a decent diet please.
