Hm, well in the past yes, but lately no. I watch the calorie intake pretty closely, and as bad as it is i don't eat that many meals a day, usually only lunch (consists of a lean sandwich, chips, cranberry juice for deoxidizing) and dinner, which varies alot. I try to eat as healthy as possible and eat fruit between that but i sometimes forget.
although lately i've noticed a substantial decrease in fat and an increase in muscle mass. is my body finding it easier to gain muscle as i grow older?
