yo, im 16 barely 17. im 5'8'' / 5'9'' and im 147 lbs. i found out a good way to gain weight is too work out 3-4 tiimes a week (using weights) and dont stop eating. i eat all the time, 3-4 meals a day and snacks in between. i have good muscle mass and fat mass. i also found out the drinking protein shakes work too. do what i just told you and you will gain 15/20 lbs in no time.
