Good luck! Just remember to eat! Not eating to loose weight isnt effective. I did that for a while and while I did loose weight, once I ate again - I gained it all back. Just remember to cut back on sugary/fatty foods. Drink diet instead of regular sodas, and eat negative calorie foods (do a search on google if you dont know any).
And I will just say this, just as a suggestion - Going vegetarian is a great way to loose weight. Get healthier and help the animals at the same time.
