So, for christmas, I am recieving a new Macbook with 2G Intel chip and 1G (maybe 2G) of Ram and either 80G or 120G of harddrive space. right now I have a 2 year old Alienware PC with a 3.6G intel chip, 1G RAM, and about 100G of hard drive space, which is almost completely full. So, I know that when you get a new mac it lets you data transfer from your old Windows PC to your new MAC. I also know there is apparently a program called Parallels that lets you run windows and Mac OS X side by side on the same machine. I was sondering if that would let me play windows only games (Such as CS:S) on my mac. Is this possible? and also, if there is any other advice at all on switching to a new mac from a windows PC, and freeing hardrive space, etc, please post it. Thanks.
