kay so im 15 1/2 and im about 5'7'' and i weigh in at 150.
is that over weight?
anywayss....when ever i look at my myself i feel that my body is too wide.
my hips are too big and my thighs wont ever fit into anything smaller than
a size 7.
can some one give me some advice on how to trim down my waist?
or a good way thats not exersizing to loose weight.?
and does anyone have any good ideas to tighten my stomach?

imean i exersize alot and i am in volleyball but it seems when ever i eat i gain amillion pounds.
