Sorry to hear you've cut. I know how you feel as I'm in a similar situation. When I feel like cutting during the day then I go somewhere public, it really works. I take my mp3 player and sit on the bus/train/bench/grass. The urge/need to cut lessens the longer I'm there. Try this hun.
