A good way to build pecs with no weight sets is just do as many push-ups as you can & wait like 15 minutes & try to beat it or match it, & just keep doing it, you'll have done 500+ before you know it. & if you find push-ups really tough, a good thing to do is flex you abs, it's weird but it makes them a bit easier. & a warning, if your not very well conditioned, you'll hurt like hell the next day, but it's a good hurt.
CORRECT, this does build up ur pecs.im in ROTC (navy in high school) and i do pushups all the time and ive got pecs, but heres an addon..to build ur abs do a push but but ur hands in a diamond shape right below u and have ur nose touch ur hands..these are very diificult but with some practice...youll being doin em like THAT!
