I have decided to forgoe eating all red meat, and avoiding all poultry if other options exist. My reasoning is for the absolutly inhumane and horrible way these animals are raised and slaughtered. If you do some research, you might just come to see it my way as well. I am now only eating fish, which i like anyway, small amounts of dairy products (cheese on bread or crackers, butter on a potatoe), fruits, Legumes, and Nuts. I may eat some chicken if i have to, and i will avoid any fried foods if possible. Not only do i believe this is a humane and environmentally friendly thing to do, it is also a ast improvment in my eating habits, a change that will hopefully cause some weight loss and healthy living. Do any of you guys support my mission?
