I can't stop!

Over the past few days I've began to notice how much I fidget, twitch or talk to myself. My body just seems to automatically want to do something even if I don't. An example is when I'm in class I am always tapping, flicking, shaking, saying things in my mind or sometimes whispering to myself. When I try to stay still, my body goes crazy and shakes lots. I had to get an x-ray not long ago on my skull and even as I held my head against the wall, I was shaking. When I'm not fidgeting, I'm thinking with lots and lots of thoughts streaming into my head at once. There is normally so much going on that I talk out loud or I lose focus completely. Is there any name for this? How can I fix it?
