I can't tell what's going through my head?

For the past few weeks I've been having feeling of "discomfort" with my weight. I don't know what it is, I'm not overweight at all but part of my mind is screaming at me and saying I am. I started purging what I ate but stopped doing that after a while seeing how it affected me throughout the time afterwards. I've been eating about a quarter, sometimes less, of what I used to eat and since I have hypoglycemia (Low blood sugar) it makes me feel sick and frail. Though whenever I eat I get a terrible feeling and urges begin to get worse...
I don't know what to do
both feelings are terrible from when I eat and when I don't eat

Hey, It's perfectly fine and don't worry. I'm sure your weight is perfectly fine! PM me if you want to discuss further :) I'm quite busy today

I get this feeling you describe, too now and then. Luckily for me it is just phases like I stop thinking about my weight looks or eating habits after two to four weeks. It's kinda connected with my depressions.

Do you feel like there is some connection with your overall mental state? Was there an occasion that could have triggered your thinking that way... like someone saying something to you?

It is very important that you see yourself as a beautiful person. Body image issues are huge problems. Maybe eating a lot of small meals would help you eat while maintaining a healthy blood sugar level? I would suggest speaking with a doctor or dietitian to help you plan some healthy meals that won't harm your sugar. Also and equally as important, maybe a therapist to talk about body image.
