Many of us suffers, that have mild depression know it's hard to cope in the real world. Many of us feel insecure, unwanted, bored, and weird. However, there IS a fix. And it's easily obtainable, and fairly cheap! Coffee, yes coffee! That item you can get for a dollar in a large size! Caffeine, found in coffee, helps combat mild depression and for some people, even headaches! It was a debate that has went on for years between doctors and patients. However, caffeine can become addicting but it's not an addiction that's hard to break. If you live with mild depression, I recommend trying coffee, just be sure it's in moderation. Too much caffeine is NOT a good thing. Coffee, if abused, could have BAD effects on the body, such as physical tiredness, and sleep deprivation. Coffee, is not dangerous, but on occasion you will get a stomachache if you're not used to it. Please, take the survey if this helped you!
