Im 14 years old and have a question about myself. I have like small bumps scattered throughout the base of my penis and on my balls. now u cant really notice it when im soft but when i have an erection u can notice it alot. I have pubic hair and all that, but could this be genital warts( i am a virgin) or pube bumps. plese help me

i was doin some research and i dont believe that it is genital warts but is just pubical hair or has something to do with that.

Dont worry, its normal, everyone has them, there called hair follices, i dont know how to spell it...but it just means hair will grow there, yeah so dont worry
