Ok, this one may sound a bit weird but here we go

Ever since a few years ago every time I have bled like a nose bleed I have wanted it to continue bleeding.

A few months ago I cut my head open slightly, it was bleeding, but when it started to close up I wanted it to carry on bleeding, so and prepare yourself... I took the belt out from jeans, put the belt buckle in between my fingers, made a fist and punched that same spot till it bled again.

2 days ago, I was brushing my teeth, they started to bleed, and I started to brush them even harder till more blood came out.

Before you say it I'm not one of those people that self harm, it's just some uncontrollable urge I get.

Doesn't really sound like OCD to me. But what you're doing isn't right though.

I would talk to a school counselor or your school psychologist about that.

Ok thanks for the advice.

There are other little things that i do which might be something to do with OCD.

One of them is turning the light switch on and off till i think its right.

Another is on the volume for my tv always has to be an even number.

And when i'm playing video games, if i have left that game for more than 24 hours, i delete the whole save and start again

Well those are more OCD related symptoms.

OCD symptoms usually have to do with things having to go a certain way or pattern.

Not so much the first few things you mentioned.

And you're welcome by the way.

ahh ok thanks.

I only thought the first one was as well because of the obsession for it, if you know what I mean.

I think there might be a few other things I do that might be related to OCD then.

thanks for the help

"Another is on the volume for my tv always has to be an even number."

Looks like it is OCD related. The others not though. If your symptoms are not cohesive, it could possibly be a different condition. Might wanna check with a pro.

no one can properly diagnose you... if you are concerned see a doctor.

Just because it doesn't sound like the "norm" OCD, doesn't mean it isn't OCD.

I have a lot of compulsions that people would think aren't related to OCD because it isn't switching off a light or checking a door(though I do them too), I'd see a professional about it.

If anyone is interested I have been reading up on my symptoms (with help from the mom) and it seems I have more in common with Asperger syndrome.

I am going to my GP soon to get a proper diagnosis.
