Coffee here! It's a guilty pleasure. Make mine black, freshly roasted by a small unknown roaster for freshness. Costa Rican!

I like tea in the winter evenings, China Black to be specific.

depends on the situation! coffee alone, tea with meals. it takes very specific food to make it compliment the coffee. also depends on the bean, or the leaf.

As an English person... I must defend the noble and glorious brew that is tea.

3 teabags in the pot, just boiled water from the kettle poured in from elbow height, leave to brew for 3 mins, pour onto 1cm milk...

BUT i've recently discoverd i'm lactose intolerant, and the only tea I can drink now, which is Earl Grey, stains my teeth :(

ALSO,I find coffee too strong, though I love Mochas!

So i'd rather have a hot chocolate any day ;)

Depends on my mood. (: When I'm feeling cold or thirsty or tired or sad or low or something like that, I really crave a nice strong cup of tea. When I'm hyper I often have coffee, even though it makes me even more hyper. (:

Krezlyn
November 14th, 2009, 08:08 PM
Both, depending on how I feel at the time. I've been a caffeine addict for quite some time now, and simply cannot go more than two days without consuming some amount of caffeinated drink. Coffee is definitely good for early mornings, long study sessions, and exam days. On the other hand, tea is a better alternative for evenings, or if I've already had a cup of coffee earlier on in the day.

And, when I'm feeling extremely good, I love venturing into a newly discovered coffee shop and trying their most expensive blend of gourmet coffee.

I like both.
I like the complex, rich taste of coffee.
However, I like my tea because it is more comforting, and I like the caffeine release, it's slow and subtle, but enough to keep you going.
