Skipped my eastern religions final.
Sleeping patterns are out of whack.
I'm stealing for thrills again,
Probably over $1000 in stuff over the last month.
Going on random drives over long distances,
Going to Canada for instance.
Wanted to cut, but haven't at the risk of losing my job.
Not taking my meds.
Still haven't gotten my new meds yet either.
May lose my health insurance since I had to drop a 2 credit class.
Haven't been eating that last few weeks really (sorry Cody :().
I'm chain smoking and drinking too much again to self-medicate without pills.
Been stressed the fuck out lately.

Uggggggh.
I hate rapid cycling with a bloody passion.
Can't wait until my new meds come.
I go to see my doctor later today,
And my therapist on Thursday.
So no worries.

Awhh :(
I'm happy to know you're getting your meds soon and are seeing your doctor and therapist.

I hope the best for you! :)

Awh, Steph. I'm a little late, but:

At least you can admit what you're doing, and not see it as normal. That's a really good sign.

Hang in there, I hope your new meds work out for you. Changing meds is such a hassle, but the end result can be more than worth it. Let us know how it goes once you get an idea of how they're working. :)

Well, the new med is Effexor,
We switched out the Paxil for it.
Seems to be okay so far.
But I'd give it a month or two before calling it in the clear.

Sounds good, Steph. I'm on Effexor myself, and it's worked great for me. I hope you get similar results.

Has it gotten any better since you started this thread, Steph?
