I'm so scared to sleep

Seems like nothing when I talk about it. But at night when I try to sleep I can't look at it...my shadow, that is. I'm afraid of it. Ever sicne my twin sister died I always though it was her inside of me, the shadow of myself was her and I at the same time. So not only am I afraid of my shadow but my reflection as well. I have to cover up all the mirrors in the house at night. And when it comes to my shadow, I try to hide uner the covers like some four year old. I hate it.

I dont know what to say. I guess when you see the shadow, think of it as a reminder of the love you have for your sister. Don't be afraid of it.Whenever you see your shadow or your reflection think of all the happy times you had with your twin.

this may seem silly but talk to your shadow like you r talking to your twinbecause you should not be afraid of your twin she wouldnt want that.

Listen... She is most likely your guardian angel for now...
I eventually found out who my guardian angel is... Its a stone
painted little statue thing angel...7-8 inches and beautiful and
has little wings... Listen, its normal to fear something you feel
a presense, even if its good or bad... Staring inside the stone
craft's eyes really bothers me because I think its alive...
Your scared of the fact your shadow and your reflection is alive
...not many people are used to being around a presense all the
time... Embrace it as a good thing which it is, and try to talk to
her self-consciously and in reality... you cant be in a loud area
though... I've got a question...are you or your sister a believer
in God or Jesus or them both or what religion... I'm Christian
and my belief in God may effect if I have a guardian angel or not.

I also sometimes have fear of the dark.
But then i remember: God is with me, protecting me from EVERY evil force there is. So whenever I watch the grudge or a ghost movie or something and feel this strange presence in my pitch-black room, I place my trust in the Lord, and know that he has my back. Its like u can feel Him inside of you, and u no longer fear ANYTHING. The Holy Spirit is amazing.
