In the past 10 days, I went from 200 down to 160 (7 days) and then back to 193 by now. People dont notice, b/c I have a lotta body fat, but I use the same scale, and it is always on zero. And I wear big clothes. Sometimes, I binge eat for a while, then I dive into a crash diet. Now, I want a healthy way to lose weight, but walking in my neighborhood isn't safe....people get jumped really easily, and a lot of drugs deals and gang fights go on in the streets and stuff....*shudders*
Any ideas for exercise? Dangerous to go out and walk, yet the house is so crowded that I don't even have room to do situps (my house is a fire waiting to happen)

Save up some money n join the closest gyw...it depends how old u are.

edit: by the way if you lose 40 pounds people WILL notice it, i went away at fat camp for a summer and lost 30 pounds and trust me they noticed it... it might of just been because of how fast you lost it they didnt notice... if i had a scanner / webcam i would post a pic of me now and 4 months ago weighing 230 you would deffinitley see a different..
i don tknow about you but i am sure there is somewhere in your room you can do situps/crunches/leglifts ect ect.. i have a nice big mat behind me that i do my compulsive situps/pushups/stretching/lglifts ect ever 20 minutes...

Nope, my room is only like 8X9, And I have a dresser, bed, two tables, another table and a desk.

just like the zephyreyere guy or whatever his name is stop making lamo exuceses, you can always just eat less ... healthily.... uhh...and exersize regurally?... nothing new but i liek stationary exersicises better ... do you live in a closet? you like harry potter? do it in the hallway
? get a powerbase? ooh its uhh like powerbasefitness.com or seomthing its really great strength workout machine thingy that you can stand on stationary and onlyc osts 100 dollars. if you cant make room for that then you dont have room to stand up in your house... sorry... you can always do some exersizes in your back yard?
personally, i get entranced when i do jumping jackisn in PE and have to force myself to quit when we are done with 60 like serioulsey i dont want to stop cos that thing in the back of your head it goin oh yea cmon uve burned off 40 cals doing just this thats half your lunch [<- u didnt see that]

you also get a natural high when exersizing just takes a long time or a lot of exersize before your body builds up to it....
just dont wear any clothign with a specificic color roflmao and ull be fine walking int h streets? na i dunno i wouldnt wanna go outside if peopple were gettin jumped.
since your being homeschooled its tough but you have more time to do it so just try to figure it out... eat less if you have to ..NOT suggesting pro-ana or anything dont freak out .. your uhhh 200 pounds? i was 230 your 14? im 13 and 158, trust me it can be done.. 73 pounds and counting you just have to ALWAYS think about what your eating.. lean cuisines is all i eat for dinner every night i dunno if thats for your but i like it
make sure u dont feed urself past 8 or ull turn evil and duplicate like in gremlins!
no b ut really if you eat too late your body just turns it right into sugars, 15 percent os when and how you eat ...
20 percent is motabolism and you will alwyaas have at least 10 percent of that so dont try to blame it on the family eheh sorry for the long post
