I have been having dizzy spells, shortness of breath, and sometimes I black out for a couple of minutes. Sometimes I fall out. This has been happening more and more frequently over the past few months. Should I be worried?

Agreed. Though it sounds like hypotension, and it might be Orthostatic hypotension. Go to a doctor and ask if you have low blood pressure, or might be proned to low blood pressure.
Or it could be lack of sleep, though I doubt it.
Anyway, see a doctor immediately.

Okay, its been 22 days.
It's only getting worse, and everytime she schedules an appointment, we never make it. She has to find a reason that she cant go.

Nope. Not that simple.
After that happens, I'm okay. They'd check me out and be on their way.
