Well, that is just how you are. That is actually above average for boys to be that tall when they are 14. The average is probably like 5'5"-5'6". It shouldn't matter to you what height thy are, you shouldn't judge a boy on that or else you aren't a very nice person. No one can control their growth. Everyone is different, so you can't ever say when a boy will grow.

I'm 14.. 5'10 almost 11, people are different I once met some 13 year old who was 6 feet tall, same applies to maturity

Oh yes, forgot. To show you the diversity of different heights a person can be, I am 15 and am only 5 feet tall. That means I am one year older than Hyper yet I am 10 inches shorter.

Tends to be later than girls. :-)

Quite a lot of my guy friends did the majority of their growing later on, around 16. We broke up for summer and I was taller, we came back at the end of summer and they were taller :shock:

Well you have to understand that boys develop later than girls. Girls begin puberty earlier than boys. They begin growth spurts later than girls. Therefore, you dont see ones taller than you at 12 but usually eventually they will begin to get taller than you at about 15 or 16. So enjoy your height now because it wont last long.

Also, psychologically boys develop later. MUCH later. They don't reach maturity in that department until like...21 or or something like that. I don't remember the exact age but it's really late and I agree it's really sad. So your gonna have to live with it hun. Hope I helped.

As for me; people usually think that I'm older due to my level of maturity; most think I'm 17 or even 18. It probably also helps that I'm 6'2'' and STILL growing! I don't know when I'm gonna stop!

Anyway, it depends on how the person is. I'm 14 and about 5'7 ish. Thats not small, for my age anyway, and i'm mature but some of my friends aren't... that's just the way it is. BTW Men on average are taller than girls anyway, so people, stop moaning.!!! lol

ok i a messed up because i was mature at age 7 more then guys at age 10 or 15 or even 18.
I agree with the guys being immature (even though I am a guy myself) but everyone (boys and girls but mostly girls) say I am like neither gender because I am extremly serious in every matter, to tall for my age, to smart for my age and I don't care about anything and I am asian and I'm still the tallest in my class
