Went to the mountains, took some pics to pass the time, meh.

I don't do much photography, though I try to read about it from time to time - about different compositions, framing, lenses, etc.
I'm a newbie at it in general.

My favorite picture, like my absolute favorite is the one of the river flowing under the bridge. The composition leaves me wanting to know more about the location, which for me is a good thing. It has me thinking, and the colors have been rendered beautiful adding a mysterious mood to the photo. I seriously love it.

It's under a bridge, near a monastery. If someone dies, the monastics have to hike about 15-20 minutes bearfoot to the nearest cemetery, crossing a few of these rivers. Imagine having to carry a coffin under these conditions.

Nice pictures! I know its not really "nature", but my favorite one is the upper windows of the old house.
