This is so stupid. All of these are because people already have a sweetness addiction and can't shut their damn trap holes. There's nothing wrong or dangerous with replacing sugar in snacks with a sweetener, and it's extremely benefical to prevent weight gain and for people with diabetes.

I think, like everything else, you need to practice moderation.

I use artificial sweetener on my cereal, but I only have one small sachet a day. One small sachet a day won't do any harm.

Why does it always seem like almost every type of food has some form that it's unhealthy? Well, I don't care. Artificial sweeteners ain't bothering me

My family never uses it so I never really eat it. I definitely would choose regular brown/white sugar over all that stuff any day.
