So I see this therapist Lady at school because of my suicidal thoughts (I was forced into it after a teacher caught me writing suicidal things in my notebook). And we've only met two times, and haven't talked too much yet. I was just wondering what will she will do with me once I tell her about these certain things:

-I enjoy physical pain
-I hear voices
-I experience a few hallucinations, nothing huge.
-I sometimes see people.
-I'm a lesbian but haven't come out due to strict religion (Islam)
-More on my suicidal thoughts and my major depression
-my parents neglecting me on getting me the proper treatment for the past 4 years.

And some other things but I can't think at the moment cuz I've got a bad cold xD.

What happens in your sessions in confidential. Both ways really, what you mention to her is your business and you shouldn't reveal if you don't want you. What she tells you, is also confidential. She will just tell your parents if you are trying to harm or hurt yourself, everything else will be confidential.

If you don't tell her, she won't know. I can't really get into your therapy business but if you need help with certain issues, I would be honest with her so she can help you, rather than lie because you don't feel comfortable telling.

Best of luck to you. :)

I've had plenty of friends who were forced to talk with our school counselor, and if you have a good one it's a great resource to be able to use in the middle of the day. Though in the case of my school I've had two different friends forced to leave school until they got cleared by a psychologist, which may be a good way to have you parents start getting you treatment. It's definitely good to be open with these people, no matter how difficult it is, because if they don't know what the problem is they can't help you. It's by no means a fun thing to go through but this could be the first step for you getting the help you need, and some of the symptoms you listed are concerning so it's good that you're getting help, whether you opted for it or not.
Best of luck with everything, it'll all be worth it

If she feels as if you are on the verge of suicide (like I am), she could call a psychiatric ward and have you sent there. It happened to me a month ago, and I was left there for an entire month without being able to see family.
It was shit.

If I'm on the verge of suicide, will she have me sent to the psychiatric ward or will she call my parents and tell them to monitor me??

She'll get your parents in the room and send you to the psychiatric ward that day / night.

I think I'll have to talk to her, then...I'm getting really close to ending it.

I'm too scared to tell her everything I mentioned above.
