Hey yall

I was wondering

what would yall pair with a pan seared salmon.

I would do a pan seared salmon with asparagus, or just on a bed of greens, and a balsamic vinaigrette drizzled over top.

Oh I should mention
I am in culinary school

That sounds perfect or maybe a cooked salad of fresh spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsalmic vinegar and virgin olive oil

fried rice. there is no substitute.

I prefer my salmon grilled 'cuz it's more flavorful that way.

artichokes, spinach, and peas in a bouillabaisse sauce.. and some fennel on top.
or on green beans, maybe with some horseradish cream sauce. If you're looking to be adventurous, maybe on some flavored rice, but you'd have to find flavors that compliment salmon, often more citrussy stuff.

Yay for culinary people.

I'd do asparagus in a lemon sauce, personally. But I'm no chef.

With baked rice and lotsa lotsa melty baked cheese! I also add in some other sea critters; prawns, clams, or squid. Yum:9
